Children under 18 require adult supervision in hot tubs, and children under 8 are not permitted at any time. Guests are responsible for cleaning the hot tub if excessive debris gets in due to the cover being left open. The hot tub temperature should not exceed 100 degrees when not in use. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If guests smoke outside, ashes must be disposed of properly, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the damage deposit and additional cleaning fees. Guests are responsible for unclogging any toilets or pipes, with a $100 fee if the homeowner has to perform this task. The video game console does not come with games. Guests are responsible for any damages beyond the damage deposit amount. The property is a full-time vacation rental and is not cluttered with an owner's personal items.
