Situated in a safe and walkable downtown neighborhood, this condo is conveniently located near Salt Lake's famous Library Square, with numerous cafes, restaurants, and attractions nearby. A trolley stop is just a block away, providing quick access to attractions throughout Salt Lake City.
The building complex was built with security in mind, requiring an electronic key fob for entry. The parking garage also features multiple safety and security features. Dogs are welcome, but cats are not allowed. Any other type of animal needs to be approved ahead of time. Guests are provided with linens, towels, kitchen soap, detergent, a laundry machine, hair dryer, and iron. Check-in instructions will be sent a few days before arrival, and access to the unit is via an electronic key fob and a key found in a lock-box outside the building. The indoor movie theater on site screens free movies from time to time, or can be reserved for private screenings. There is a large 24-hour fitness center with cardio machines, free weights, and cable machines. The rooftop patio features an oversized hot tub, fireplace, and comfortable lounge chairs with breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not to be operated by the guest. Outdoor commercial hot tubs have a noise restriction after 10 PM, with a $250 fine for violations. Children under 18 require adult supervision in hot tubs, and children under 8 are not permitted at any time. Guests are responsible for cleaning the hot tub if excessive debris gets in due to the cover being left open. The hot tub temperature should not exceed 100 degrees when not in use. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If guests smoke outside, ashes must be disposed of properly, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the damage deposit and additional cleaning fees. Guests are responsible for unclogging any toilets or pipes, with a $100 fee if the homeowner has to perform this task. The video game console does not come with games. Guests are responsible for any damages beyond the damage deposit amount. The property is a full-time vacation rental and is not cluttered with an owner's personal items.
