Feel at home in this luxury condo located in one of the safest and most walkable neighborhoods in downtown Salt Lake City. This 2-bedroom condo has every amenity imaginable.
This home is stocked with high-end furniture and furnishings. Bed #1 has a king-size bed and bed #2 has a queen bed, both with super-comfortable memory gel mattresses. The sofa sleeper in the living room is the nicest and most expensive sofa sleeper available. Several different styles of pillows are provided to satisfy any sleeper. There is a large TV in the living room and small TVs in the bedrooms, each with multiple streaming services installed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook full meals. The condo complex itself is packed with amenities to make your stay memorable, including an indoor movie theater on site that screens free movies from time to time and can be reserved for private screenings. There is a large rooftop patio that has great ambient lighting and lounge chairs, a huge hot tub that is open year-round, an outdoor fireplace, and beautiful views of the city skyline and the Rocky Mountains. There is a large common area where the HOA often hosts free dinners and fun events for anyone staying in the building. The gym is open 24 hours and is well stocked with free weights, cable machines, and cardio equipment.
Parking is free in a secure ground-level parking garage. One parking space is free, but a second space can be reserved upon availability.
This condo is located in an extremely walkable area of town with lots of restaurants, shops, cafes, and parks within a few minutes of the door. There is a light rail stop as well as several bus stops within a block of the condo.
Dogs are welcome, but no cats are allowed. Any other type of animal needs to be approved ahead of time. [SI]
