Winter guests can easily hop on the ski bus for a smooth ride to nearby resorts, or take a short drive to some of Utah’s top ski destinations: Woodward (30 miles), Park City Mountain (40 miles), Alta (40 miles), Snowbird (45 miles), and Deer Valley (45 miles).
A fee of $10 per pet, per day, will be assessed. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. [SI]
