Feel at home in this luxurious 7-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located just south of Salt Lake City. This spacious property offers ample room for up to 14 guests, with a private outdoor space featuring a hot tub and stunning views of Mount Olympus and the Oquirrh Mountain Range.
This exquisite home boasts modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, a massive 4K television in the theater room with streaming service access, and an additional TV on the main floor. Enjoy entertainment with a foosball table and a ping-pong table in the game room.
Dogs are welcome with a $99 pet fee. For families, a travel crib, baby high-chair, and a self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit are available free of charge upon request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided for $25 per stay. A baby stroller can also be provided free of charge upon advance request.
Perched on the foothills of the Wasatch Range in a quiet suburban neighborhood, this home offers easy access to world-class hiking, mountain biking trails, rock climbing, and skiing at Utah's major ski resorts, including Big Cottonwood Canyon, Little Cottonwood Canyon, and the Park City area. An inexpensive bus system with nearby stops provides convenient transportation throughout the valley.
This home is not brand new but is updated and in excellent shape. Check-in times must be coordinated prior to arrival. Smoking is not allowed inside the house; if smoking outside, ashes must be disposed of properly. Failure to follow smoking rules may result in forfeiture of the damage deposit and cleaning fees. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Guests are responsible for unclogging any toilets or pipes, with a $100 fee for Homeowner assistance. The video game console does not come with games. No outdoor commercial hot tubs may have anyone in them past 10 PM, with a $250 fine for violation. Children under 18 require adult supervision in hot tubs, and children under 8 are not allowed. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for cleaning the hot tub if excessive debris gets in. The hot tub temperature should not exceed 100 degrees when not in use. Trash may be left in curbside trash cans from prior guests; guests should stack trash bags outside the back door if cans are full. Unfinished laundry from prior guests may be present. No cats are allowed. Conventions rates and holidays will override standard rates. Rates fluctuate automatically based on supply and demand but will be locked in at the time of payment. Guests are responsible for any damages beyond the damage deposit. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number specified on the listing site, with an additional charge of at least $25 per person per night for overnight guests exceeding this number without prior agreement. No parties or gatherings exceeding the maximum number of people are allowed without written permission. Smoking is not allowed inside the house at any time. If Guest smokes outside, they are not to flick their ashes on the ground, and are required to put their ashes in a can and dispose of them in the trash can once they have cooled. If Guest breaks either of these rules, they will forfeit their damage deposit and will be required to pay any cleaning fees in addition to the damage deposit if applicable. The determination of whether or not smoking has taken place is fully at the discretion of Homeowner. With the exception of one or two small lights for security, no lights are to be left on when Guest is out of the house. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only, and will not be operated by the Guest during their stay. Any clogged toilets or pipes on the Property will be the responsibility of Guest to unclog before they leave. Homeowner is not expected to unclog any toilets for the Guest, and will charge a $100 fee to the Guest if they are required to unclog any toilets during or after the Guest’s stay. Guest understands that the video game console does not come with any video games, and is expected to bring or rent video games to use with the console. In accordance with County Ordinance 1361, no outdoor commercial hot tubs may have anyone in them past 10 PM, which applies to this and all other vacation homes in Salt Lake County. Guest agrees to pay the $250 fine associated with breaking this law, and may forfeit the remainder of their stay if they do not abide by it. No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tubs without adult supervision, and no children under the age of 8 are allowed at any time. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility; use at your own risk. Homeowner may drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in the hot tub prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. Do not stand on the hot tub cover or walk around the outside of the hot tub. When not using the hot tub, Guest agrees to leave the cover on so that the water will stay warm and debris/insects will not get in. If cover is left open and excessive debris gets in, Guest will be responsible for cleaning the hot tub or, if needed, paying for a professional cleaning. Guest agrees to leave the temperature of the hot tub at no higher than 100 degrees while they are not in it. Failure to follow this rule may result in Guest’s forfeiture of the use of the hot tub for the remainder of their stay. Guest understands that there may be trash left in the curbside trash cans from prior guests, and that this may be excessive at times. If this occurs, Guest will do their best to stack their trash in secure trash bags outside of the back door until the curbside trash cans are emptied by the city. Guest understands that there may be unfinished laundry from prior guests, as it is not always possible for Homeowner to finish all laundry between guests’ stays. If Guest has any problems during their stay in regards to the Property, Guest agrees to inform Homeowner, and if Guest fails to, they agree not to leave any negative feedback online in regards to the Property since they did not give Homeowner a chance to remedy the problem. Any ratings of less than 5 stars are considered negative feedback. Pets are not allowed on furniture (including beds) at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. Pets are not allowed to enter any room that is carpeted for any amount of time. Pets will not be allowed in the hot tub at any time. If any damages are caused by pet, the cost of the damage may be deducted from both of the damage deposits. If Guests tries to hide carpet damages from pets or does not report pets urinating on the carpets, Guest may be required to pay the cost of replacing the rugs, carpet, or flooring up to the full cost of the replacement. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. If a neighbor calls the homeowner in regards to excessive noise caused by the pet, Guest will forfeit all money held as damage deposits. In extreme circumstances, Guest may be asked to leave if the pet continues to cause disturbances. Homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises or after Guest checks out. Guest agrees to pay for any pest control fees that Homeowner incurs due to pests, such as ticks, fleas, mites, or lice, that Guest’s pet brings onto the property. Guest agrees to be solely responsible for the pet while on the Property, and agree to bring no additional pets onto the Property without the
