Worst Rental Experience I've Had

Penthouses are the lowest quality construction I’ve rented in the city. Paper thin walls, front doors don’t seal shut so they all rattle whenever a neighbor opens/closes theirs. The lofts are always 10 degrees hotter than the thermostat. You will hear all movies, music, and sneezes from neighboring units.

Quiet hours are not enforced, neighbors consistently have subwoofers going until 2am. Have resorted to getting hotel rooms when an important morning is planned. Monica puts on a great show,... but has proven helpless in solving it.

Best Location

If you want to be in the center of downtown where you are close to everything without the party atmosphere than Aperture is where you need to be. I love everything about my new home and Monica the manager that is here.

Perfect Location for SLC

Overall, my experience at Aperture has been great. I really enjoy the neighborhood and the community itself is beautifully designed and well thought out. Monica has been wonderful to work with and has made the experience easy and positive. I am very happy living here.

Modern Living in the Heart of Downtown SLC

Beautiful modern finishes, large windows that let in tons of natural light, and an unbeatable downtown location close to food, nightlife, and TRAX. The floor plans are thoughtfully designed, and the in-unit amenities like stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and a washer/dryer are a huge plus.
