Good Location

The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. Work orders are handled in a timely manner. Heat/AC keeps me warm in the winter and cool in the hot Utah summers. There is a community laundry facility and once in a while, I have to wait to use a washer. There is also a mandatory entertainment package included in rent, which is about $90. We are walking distance from Trader Joes, Sprouts, Smiths, Whole Foods, and a number of eateries. Trax and bus lines also run right along 400 S. Super... convenient if you don't have a car. Overall the complex is quiet, and I feel safe.

Great location, close to downtown and UofU decent price

Great location in between downtown and University of Utah. Decent rent price. Utilities are not individually metered and run about $75 - $90 per mo. (some think it's great; but that's high for my usage). Studios, 1 and 2 bedroom lifts available. Quite neighborhood. 7 ft outdoor swimming pool. Laundry in clubhouse. Small gym. Open, unassigned parking (which is convenient). Safe Ave quiet neighborhood. Wood-burning fireplace in each unit. Love the location and the staff! Gave 3 stars... because of the utilities, popcorn ceilings, bumpy walls. AC unit on patio (for all tenants in 1st floor) are a bit loud. Updated models are nice, but do not have granite countertops.
