Guests are responsible for unclogging any toilets or pipes. Outdoor hot tub use is restricted to before 10 PM. Guests are responsible for cleaning the hot tub if excessive debris gets in. Guests must inform the host of any problems during their stay to allow for remedies. Check-in times must be coordinated prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for any damages beyond the damage deposit. Guests agree to abide by all rules listed in the agreement and instruction book.
