San Tropez Apartments & Townhomes

I’ve really enjoyed living at San Tropez Apartments! The location is honestly one of the best parts—it’s close to pretty much everything I need, so running errands or grabbing food is super convenient.

The community is always clean and well taken care of, and I’ve always felt comfortable living here. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been quick to respond, professional, and have gotten the issue taken care of without any hassle.

The office staff has also been amazing. They’re always... friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed anything. It’s nice to live somewhere where you feel like the staff actually cares about the residents.

I love living here at San tropez apartments. It is the perfect spot if your a shopaholic, a foodie or you want to see a movie since it's practically attached to the District shopping center. Want to see a concert your minutes away if you take 114 to mountain view highway and you'll be at Utah first credit union amphitheatre. Want to go skiing your living minute's away from beautiful snow bird and snow basin. Or even my personal favorite mountain Park city mountain. Own a dog this beautiful... complex has an outstanding dog park that is really huge and it has obstacles in it if your dog is onto agility training. If you work in tech this property is minutes away from silicone slopes the new tech complex out on Lehi. I love San tropez it's literally minutes away from everything you need. Read More

I've been a resident here for 7 years and had a lovely time the whole way. Maintenance is fast, rarely have i had an issue that wasn't fixed the same day. And the leasing office is especially kind. Cass makes you feel like family.

Moved in at the end of September2022, easy process, dryer issues at the beginning of my stay but maintenance was good on fixing it in a timely manner, rent is a bit much for the quality of apartments but other than that no major complaints. Moved out the other day, I enjoyed my stay there, nice quite, pretty clean.

If you go on any other review website, you will see that San Tropez is a horrible place to live! So many hidden costs, that they never explain!!! The leasing office is horrible!! The maintenance workers are great, and the location is good, but those things don't make up for how horrible or how expensive it is to live at San Tropez!
