Great lease agents and maintenance crew that has the property looking good. The lobby and stairwells are always clean. The snow removal crew and salt sprayers are good.

Move in has been nice and easy. The apt is in a great area and easily accesiable to the things I need most on a day to day basis.
I look forward to the spring time when the view out my pourch is filled with tress and green.

Maintenance crew is respectful. The complex overall is quiet and clean. It’s pet friendly, though it would be nice to have a dedicated Dog area. The neighbors are all very kind in my experience and offer what feels like a safe environment.

Moved in a few months ago at this point and have had a positive experience so far! Met the neighbors right away from my building and they were all warm and welcoming! We’ve also liked our interactions with office staff so far. The main negative so far and reason for taking a star away has been the lack of parking. We had to pay for a garage because we have two cars and each unit only gets 1 spot. Our spot is also a covered spot, so our truck doesn’t fit under it with our rooftop tent, nor will... it fit in the garage when the tent is on. Guest parking is very limited as well.
