Absolute Embarrassment

This management is absolutely awful. Anyway they can take advantage they will. I moved in November. The apartment was not cleaned at all including a whole cabinet that still had food from the previous tenants. Any calls to the management office will be ignored if you have an issue. When you're ready to move out they will make it as difficult as possible. Absolute worst experience. Do not recommend at all!

Good!

Promise Landing is a nice place to live. The location is great, just outside of town. Close to new JMH hospital, but hardly ever hear noise from it. The pool and fitness center are small, but are useful. The maintenance staff is nice and helpful. It is a nice community.
