I’m extremely disappointed with the way this apartment complex is being managed, especially when it comes to safety and parking. In the last few months alone, two cars have had their tires stolen and one car was robbed. Residents do not feel safe, and nothing meaningful has been done to prevent these incidents from happening again.
On top of that, the management keeps charging for parking spaces even though we already pay high rent. Recently they’ve added more “reserved” parking spots just so... they can charge even more.It feels like they care more about squeezing money out of residents than actually fixing the real issues.
Overall, the lack of security, the constant push for extra fees, and the poor handling of recent crimes make this place very hard to recommend. Residents deserve better. Read More

It has been a smooth experience so far. From the leasing process, onboarding, move in and response rate to maintenance. Facility sanitation is also very clean.

Great experience. Amazing team and services. I am really happy with the move. Kaitlin and Eric were the best. The neighborhood is great, the unit is clean, neighbour's are welcoming.

Great place , maintenance comes right away, they fix whatever problems, the building overall looks very clean and always smells clean, the apartment I’m staying at it’s very nice, very modern I love everything about it.

Kaitlin was super amazing!! She made the whole process easy and she’s super fast very knowledgeable and professional. She made all the stress melt away . The units are nice great view with big balcony. Price is great good deals ask for Katlin she will hook you up!
