Very nice office staff, but pest issues

I went to see an apartment, and it reeked of pesticide chemicals. While I was viewing the apartment I saw a dead cockroach on the kitchen counter.

These apartments are much older too, with the dark brown 80s cabinets, old appliances, and no one has any patio furniture or bikes on their porches and balconies, even on the third floor, which makes me think they are not safe to leave outside.

It’s nicw that all utilities are included, but roaches are a dealbreaker.
