How Is This Rating Determined?

DO NOT PAY FOR APPLUCATION FEE!!

Before visiting the property to see the apartment, remember that the posted pictures can be misleading. I viewed two units with broken doors, moldy ceilings, and poorly painted bathtubs. Additionally, utilities and parking for a one-bedroom apartment cost over $300 on top of the rent. Please note that application fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately, they attract potential tenants with false advertising.

Great and convenient location

I have been living at Presidential Greens since 2018 and I love it, what I can say is that cleanliness has a lot to do with how many persons live in the apartment. I love the office and maintenance staff.

This is a very old apartments riddled with various bug infestations.

I do not recommend it.

I understand the bad temper with which the person in the office treated me ... stress and all that, but do not care about the emergency you have in your apartment, that is already too much. I called over 100 times and they didn't care. Those apartments are not cheap, they should have a little more respect for alkynes. If you are looking for a new apartment, I do not recommend it even at half price.

I just gave up my apartment and unfortunately someone came in and stole a piggy bank in which I had coins and cash and a perfume from my husband !!!
