This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, flat screen TV with cable, high-speed internet, ample square footage, an oversized balcony or terrace, large windows, kitchen appliances, spacious storage closets, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in bathrooms, a hair dryer, and an iron with ironing board. Guests will have access to an outdoor landscaped terrace, swimming pool, and fitness center. Complimentary starter items to kickstart your stay like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent and kitchen supplies like coffee, tea, cooking oil, paper towels and seasonings are provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival. These items are starter supplies and may not be replenished during your stay.
Parking for one vehicle is available for $39 per night. Daily housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89, depending on availability.

Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but advance notice will always be provided whenever possible. Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy. Quiet hours are enforced daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or complaints will not be tolerated. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the unit or building at any time. Pets are welcome by approval only. Before booking, please message us with your pet’s details: type of pet, breed (if applicable), age, weight, and number of pets. Due to building regulations, we may not be able to accommodate all pets. Unapproved pets are not permitted. If approved, a $1,000 refundable security deposit will be collected after booking. Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning may be deducted after checkout. Guests must vacate the unit and return all issued keys or access devices by the agreed check-out time. Lost keys, parking passes, or other access devices will result in applicable charges of $200 per item. All guests are required to complete identity verification and submit a refundable security deposit of $500 prior to check-in. Additional charges may apply for rule violations, excessive cleaning, damages, unauthorized guests, or operational disruptions. Violation of these rules may result in charges, forfeiture of deposit, or termination of the reservation without refund. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and anywhere on the building premises.

I personally have enjoyed my time in Cortland Arlington thus far. I came after renovations and there were a few issues that Cortland was not at fault for, but we worked through getting people out to get it fixed and it happened in a timely manner. Since then, I have experienced no issues, and have loved the amentities and experience at Cortland Arlington!
