This focus ensures we find the right property and community so that a house becomes their home. With clients who are looking to sell, understanding the reasons why they were drawn to purchase their home years ago is still the most valuable selling point today. A home is where the majority of our time is spent, which is truer today than ever before. The process of buying or selling a home can be a stressful, and rather stiff, situation, but it doesn’t have to be. Whether it’s new clients, first-time homebuyers, or friends-turned-clients, we all want people to see and like who we really are. By being candid, responsive, relaxed (yet professional), and a little humorous (because why not?), my clients see who I am and know I have their best interests in mind.
