A ceiling leak in my living room went unresolved for five months—from December 2024 to May 2025—despite repeated maintenance requests and follow-ups. The leak caused a large ceiling crack and left my living room smoke detector non-functional the entire time.

I never received a clear timeline or meaningful update. The property manager eventually stopped responding to my emails altogether, and the issue was only fixed after months of delay and silence.

I've loved living at Archer and just renewed! The staff made moving in simple, I didn't stress at all.

We have mice infestation going on for almost a month and all management has done is "look" at the problem and blame pest control. Pest control has done nothing but wander around house and saying "Oh this is happening because of construction" but have not helped us find a trail from where mice could be coming in.

There are mice droppings everywhere around the house. In our closet, inside our couch, etc. We have been spending our own money to buy traps and do other preventive measures when we are... already paying for pest control monthly. We have caught 7 mice so far but management couldn't care any less. On top of that, they have audacity to tell us that they know its a problem but they don't think its "that big of an issue".
