Former Woodgate Residents We enjoyed living at Woodgate. Overall, we had no problems with HVAC, plumbing or electrical systems and we lived there for 5 years. The dishwasher and stove had some problems because it was an older model, but it was replaced in a matter of weeks. It was neighborhood friendly, and the Woodgate apartment complex leads to a nice walking trail.
