The office staff and maintenance guys are always friendly and responsive. My apartment has new appliances, but the kitchen cabinetry and countertops and the bathroom vanity are not high quality.

In the last 10 years this complex has gone through several management changes, twice as many staff changes and very few upgrades in between. At one point these apartments were equitable for what was provided. However, keeping up with inflation, the price far exceeds the benefits.

Been here for 3 years and it’s been very peaceful! I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. Zero complaints and definitely recommend if looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom

No complaints here at Renew Chesapeake. Quite neighborhood, right in between 2 grocery stores and other good eatery. Maintenance is usually swift and gets the problem taking care of the first time.
