Briarwood Apartments

I don’t know if these are fake reviews but I been living for almost 2 years and this is the most run down apartment I’ve seen im my life the a rats and roaches the don’t do anything nuffin ever gets fixed and anytime we make a ask them to do something or replace something that’s broken they say there’s nothing we can do mind we moved in thinking the unit was fully renovated we got in the the place we not even touched we didn’t even get to see the unit before moving in there in no in unit washer... or dryer so u paying for rent and laundry which doesn't make sense seeing as how the rent is 2,200 u would think they would have a park or a pool or just anything to make the place worth the rent but there is nothing anyone problem u can think of the have no solutions to all they can say in there nothing we can do “sorry” and when ever we make a request sometime nobody even come they just go on the computer and say ticket completed and that’s y I don’t believe any off these reviews cuz I all I see is people finding ways to get out of here we can even get consistent water pressure and the dry machine gets so hot and moist the black mold is starting to form on the first floor bottom line moving to this place is the worst to think u could every to to yourself Read More

My visit to Briarwood was a pleasant experience. The manager was kind, friendly and courteous. She showed us around in a jiffy and spent extra time to answer all our questions. The units are nice, clean and spacious. If you are looking for a comfortable place with excellent customer service give them a call. They won’t disappoint you.

Quick to respond Whenever there is a problem with my apartment, they are very quick to help sort things out.

11 years strong I’ve been living at Briarwood for 11 years. My main reasons are. Location, pricing, size and the community. I’m sure there are others that will agree.
