11 years strong I’ve been living at Briarwood for 11 years. My main reasons are. Location, pricing, size and the community. I’m sure there are others that will agree.

7 years I will say this maintenance is great and the property manager is great. The location is great. I give all that a 10 the apartment itself and the amenities for the property I give a three apartments are outdated. There’s no amenities at all and the cost per apartments are way too high for what you get for the Apts, which is nothing it seems like retail management likes to do the cheapest way of doing things and it seems like they don’t care about their residence and the way they have to... live in their apartments

Roaches I put in an order for pest control about roaches and nothing was done. My rent was increased by 400 dollars and I’m living with roaches. Not cool
