Just moved in recently, so far we absolutely love this apt, quiet, friendly, and close to everything needed to shop for, the view from the balcony is beautiful

I absolutely love it here. I love Rob and Anthony and how sweet and helpful they are. Being a young adult not knowing all of the ins and outs of house maintenance and they are ALWAYS willing to help. Tanisha in the leasing office is so knowledgeable, both professionally and personally. I have gone to her for both small issues here in the community and personal issues that I needed advice with. Valarie the manager is the most AMAZING person also! She is always willing to share advice and address... concerns with ease. I can say that I absolutely love living here more than anywhere I lived even growing up. They have all made this place feel like i’m safe in my community. I could not have wished for a better experience in any other complex. These people truly care about YOU as a resident and as a person. I plan on resigning my lease here for sure! This place is a hidden gem

Overall not bad for the price currently, however, the complex is deteriorating as prices go up. The ROI is quickly becoming not worth the cost.
