Mold in the Ducts

There was mold in our ducts that made our whole family sick to the point of hospital visits. Company did nothing about it and actually tried to shame us for reporting it. DO NOT rent here.

Do not rent here

Dead roach in the bathtub when we moved in. Since then I have seen more. The bathroom inside the unit was severely water damaged, and they just painted over it. I can tell because they missed spots.

HUGE ROACHES, ROACH CITY!

Big roaches in the apartments, as big as my thumbs, one also had wings. Roaches carry so many diseases. Even a baby roach fell on my bed. Everyday different insects in the apartment ants, spiders, centipedes, others I don't even know the names.

I notified the leasing office, they called pest control, pest control came and bugs are still coming in. Flies coming in my place through the patio window/door, even when the window has been closed for days

It's an old place with several cracks popcorn... ceilings/walls, bugs hiding underneath the carpet

I called corporate a few times, and they do not pick up the phone, or return calls. Just because you change the name from Addison to Wyndham does not mean it ain't the same nasty place.
