Rent at your own risk

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT live here unless you enjoy having a miserable life filled with noisy neighbors, dirty breezeway or ceilings that sound a construction company is stationed above you. Utterly awful experience. We are moving out in a few weeks and it’s the best decision we’ll ever make. Not worth the price

Why have walls? A ceiling? A door? They don't block ANY noise.

Property management all the way to the top is incompetent. You hear EVERYTHING, especially between upstairs and downstairs. Everything is just so gross. Moist, dark, closed in ceilings. The property is unkempt. You seriassly have to pay for someone to collect your trash with explicit rules to follow. Traumatic living experience due to inconsiderate neighbors and ineffective, deceitful, unprofessional office staff.
I am proof you can find a MUCH nicer place if you just look a little harder.... Quality of life is everything.
