After I moved in, the main elevator stopped working for over a month, and eventually the side elevator also went out. Everyone had to take the stairs for weeks. The front gate was broken most of the time, leaving the property with no real security. My packages were stolen more than once.

Anytime I tried to reach the property managers, they were usually “on break” and rarely available to help. When I reported issues like car break-ins, I was told there was nothing they could do.

A few months... before I planned to move, I explained that my family had lost everything in a hurricane back home and that I would need to leave early. Instead of showing any understanding or empathy, they told me leaving would count as skipping rent and that they would list my apartment for rent immediately.

Rent was raised every year, yet the living conditions never improved. I later found out there’s no proper vent in the kitchen — anytime I cooked, the fire alarm would go off. On top of that, the hallways were often dirty, and even dogs were allowed to relieve themselves there without proper cleaning.

I can't agree with some of these reviews. One says cockroach infested... Ive only seen one little spider since moving in 3 months ago mid-summer. As far as maintenance and cleanliness the staff does an amazing job at keeping the grounds clean the stair wells, the parking garage, the hallways and carpets I constantly see them out there keeping things clean. The customer service with the management is utterly horrible. They completely fail to answer any question you, and any explanation they try to provide is worse than useless. Additionally, the company charges you astronomical fees for every little thing. If you are looking for a place that makes moving in or out, or any change for that matter easy, I strongly recommend you look somewhere else. This apartment complex is terrible. Management is horrible and does not care about the safety and health of their residents. This building is infested with cockroaches and the management team refuses to fix the issue!

The fire alarms are military grade and seem to only work in the middle of the night between 2AM and 5AM especially during the winter. People with small children and pets run terrified and stand outside waiting for these crazy alarms to turn off. It's insane. Literally for this reason alone pick another complex.

The complex is made to look luxurious but is cheap. Elevators are always stinky, paint is chipping though out the complex and the walls are thin.

The policy changes the management... implemented is ridiculous and they only want to make your life as the tenant harder while squeezing more money out of the complex.
