I’ve had a really good experience at West Edge Apartments, mainly because of how great the office staff and maintenance team are. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and easy to reach, which makes living here a lot less stressful.
Maintenance is quick and reliable, and they do a great job explaining what’s going on and getting things fixed without hassle.
Nowhere is perfect, but the team at West Edge truly does their absolute best to make sure residents are cared for and issues are addressed.... That effort really shows. Overall, the staff makes a big difference, and I’d definitely recommend living here. Read More

Do not recommend this complex. The rent is high end for Lynchburg. The quality is low end. There is NO soundproofing between the units. Bathroom and bedroom activities, dogs barking and fighting, doors slamming, the keyless entry system, children running and screaming, plus more, is heard between all apartments- from first floor up into the forth floor and vice versa. Common areas are not maintained by the staff. The office staff does not care and function as though it's only a paycheck for them... . Undisclosed fees. As me being a pilot, I have lived in many places and I still do. However, when I was looking for an apartment in Lynchburg VA, I have met my perfect match!! From the moment I emailed for more information, I felt welcome. Communication was fast and sufficient and the application was even easier and faster than I ever have seen. I never have experience such a professional team. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I feel at home at my apartment, it even makes me feel sad to leave it when I... am on a trip. From now on, I am happy to come home to this base. The apartment looks spotless and clean, and whenever something needs to be fixed, they do it immediately! Like I said before, I never have experienced this before in other apartments. I don't even know why you would want to live in another apartment complex in Lynchburg. Also the pool is always clean and the gym is perfect. The free drinks and popsicles are a cherry on the cake. The smiles and helpful hands from the staff is something to be grateful for. After 51 years I think I found a place I can call home for when I am in Lynchburg. It is a place where I come to rest and feel good. Seven cars have been broken into, two cars stolen, and building 2000’s main door has been shattered leaving it open for anyone to access! When I talked to management about what they are doing to find out who is terrorizing West Edge they said “lock you doors I guess, maybe get a gun.” Really!?! That’s our management. It’s horrible! I asked about cameras and they said “sorry, we don’t do cameras” well they have them in the gym! They will gladly put up security cameras in their office, the gym,... the pool, but not around the complex to protect residents! Come on man! Read More

Unorganized, Selfish, Doesn't care about living situations at all. Only care about the money. When students say west edge in Lynchburg has a poor management company, believe them. They also say they're open on the weekend, they’re not. Prices ALSO have gone up from the last management company....
