Chelsea at Lee Hall

I’ve been a resident at Chelsea at Lee Hall for over seven years, and I have nothing but great things to say about the community. :)

The apartments are well maintained, the location is fantastic, and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.

A special shoutout to the property manager, Shelly. Over the years, she has consistently provided exceptional customer service and truly cares about the residents and the community. She regularly goes above and beyond to organize... resident events and create opportunities for neighbors to connect.

One of my favorite memories was when she wanted to turn the leasing office into a pop-up haunted house for Halloween. I’m not sure if it ever happened since I was traveling that fall, but I loved the idea. It perfectly reflects the kind of enthusiasm and community spirit she brings. :)

Another huge thank you to the maintenance team. Even when they're busy, they're responsive, communicative, and always pleasant to work with. My maintenance requests have consistently been handled promptly, and I’ve always felt like my concerns were a priority.

This was mine and my husbands first apartment together, we lived here from 2020-2024. We started in a 1 bedroom and then moved to a townhouse once we got a dog.
Shelly always made everything easy and was always helpful with any questions or concerns we had.
The maintenance team was always timely with the work orders and very kind and friendly!

I lived here for a year and was sad when I had to move a couple of months ago. It is a quaint little tree-filled oasis tucked off the main strip. I felt safe living here as a single young woman living alone. Maintenance responded to the few issues I had very quickly. The office staff will treat you like family. Some military families and young people do live here, so sometimes I could hear music playing at night, but that was really my only complaint during the entire year.

The bug problem here is insane. In the summer time you can walk outside at night and see roaches littering the ground. During the winter months they make their way inside your home. When brought up to management they say its just water bugs not roaches. They will not pay for pest control to come out to fix the problem only pass the responsibility on to the tenant.

Lived there for 3 years. Management and maintenance were quick to respond to all issues including emergency maintenance. Both were incredibly nice. Rent was reasonable. Train can be annoying but you adjust; the railroad tracks are literally next to the complex. Neighbors were all pretty friendly. Lots of children and pets around.
