don’t move here

When I first moved in my ac didn’t work now my heat doesn’t work and I have a toddler. Everything about this complex sucks even corporate management.

Never Move Here

Constant BUG INFESTATIONS(they use a cheap pest company), Walls and floor and base boards in poor conditions, maintenance DOESNT CARE, poor repair jobs, will wait to the end of your lease to CONSIDER fixing anything, will raise rent anyways. Don't move here. not safe. NO CAMERAS. Constant breakins. Just save yourself and don't move here.

Don’t waste your money!

This place will leave you mentally and physically unwell. The staff is very unorganized and lazy! Save yourself the stress and take your rent elsewhere.

rent office sucks !

i’ve been living here for almost a year and there has been nothing but problems !! bugs !!! lots of em! water damage! flooding ! and my apartment was supposed to be renovated? horrible job definitely was rushed and they will answer you saying they will fix it & never will until you literally have to beg. can’t do it don’t recommend!

Check it out for yourself you will be impressed!

I had the pleasure of working with Asia she gave me a tour of the property and a two bedroom and was very thorough and knew a lot about the property and the surrounding area since I am moving from North Carolina I wanted to know how close is the highway and major stores. Asia needs a raise she was great.
