If I could give a zero star rating…

My experience has been extremely frustrating and I literally just got here….
My scheduled move-in date was August 21, but I was unable to properly move in because the door lock was not functioning and would not secure the apartment. When I went inside to inspect the unit, I found several additional issues: the hallway light was not working, there was visible damage to the wall and flooring as if something had been dragged across it, the refrigerator door does not open properly and prevents...
access to the fridge, and there was urine left in the toilet.
On top of all of that, I have had no hot water. As of August 26, the only issue that has been resolved is the door lock.
I was told by the office that “communication is key,” but unfortunately, there has been very little effective communication or follow-up regarding when these issues will actually be fixed. I work long hours, so I don't always have the ability to constantly follow up with the office myself.
To make matters worse, when I came home from work on August 26, I discovered that my emotional support animal was missing. This has made an already stressful situation even more upsetting.
I understand that issues can happen with any property, especially during a move-in, but the lack of communication, unresolved maintenance problems, and overall condition of the apartment have been extremely disappointing. I expected to move into a safe, clean, and functional home—not spend my first week trying to get basic issues addressed. They also had plenty of time to get my unit ready before I moved in but it seemed as though things weren’t done or things were done last minute.

Worst Apartment

On the outside looking in, you’d think these apartments are pretty decent — but the moving process was absolutely ridiculous. On the day of my move, I got a call saying the unit I was supposed to move into wasn’t even available. They tried to make it seem like the new unit I’d be getting was an upgrade, but when I arrived, it was dirty and disappointing.
The dog park is disgusting. The trash is never changed, and there are no poop bags in any of the stations — yet they complain about people not...
picking up after their dogs. How is it our responsibility when management can’t even keep the stations stocked?
Parking is another nightmare. It’s honestly rude to charge residents for parking. On top of that, my neighbors constantly have tons of guests who take up the entire parking lot, so by the time I get home from work, I can’t even find a spot. When you contact the office about it, they just give you the runaround. They keep saying assigned parking is “coming soon,” but no one knows when — or if — that’s actually going to happen.
At this point, if I can, I’m breaking my lease. I refuse to keep living somewhere where I have to drive what feels like a million miles just to find a decent parking spot after a long day — especially when I’m paying rent every month.

Go elsewhere

Living here has been frustrating, stressing, draining and depressing. This is the worst apartment complex and management company I have ever dealt with.
Community Manager, Regional, corporate are all non existent no one answers the phone or responds to emails. Maintenance is nonexistent it takes months or never for a work request to be completed. This company find ways to bleed a person dry of their money. On top of rent you have to pay additional mandatory fees pest control, sewer, service fee,...
water, trash, valet trash, drainage, smart home, internet, community area electricity, move out fee, etc. We use to pay pest control but I noticed they took that charge off and replaced it with the drainage fee. The sewer fee is suppose to be a shared cost but you pay more than a person that owns a three bedroom house. The parking lot is pitch black cause none of the lights work, trash is always around the dumpsters, the parking lot floods bad when it rains, Ac filters never are changed, they don’t come around and check fire alarm.I have been doubled charged, overcharged for fees I had already paid and never gave my money back. I was charged 4 months for internet that I never had with them. Pest control was non existent I asked for my carpet and outside grass to be spray for flea infestation and nothing was done. I toured a renovated 2 br 2 bathroom apartment. The day I moved in I was placed into an un renovated apartment that wasn’t move in ready mold all over the kitchen cabinets, drawers all inside and outside, grease stains all in the cabinets as well, rips in the kitchen floors, ketchup and juice stains on walls in hallway, load of clothes thrown behind washer and dryer, blinds on the floor, wires, nails and cable boxes on the floor, threshold missing in bathroom, ceiling leak, stains on the carpet. Only one window opened in my apartment the other ones either didn’t open or was too hard to get open. I had to stay in hotel for the first 3 days of move in and was promised by the manager Danielle she would get someone to come professionally clean the mold and apartment, which was never done. Not once was I compensated for the three days I had to stay in the hotel. My apartment had a heavy weed smell every weekend, dog poop not being picked up by owners especially by the pond, trash underneath the stairs in breeze way. Do yourself a favor look elsewhere this place is not worth the stress.

Go Elsewhere

Living here has been a constant source of frustration. You’re charged for pest control, but there’s no sign it’s actually being done. I’ve had to handle all treatments myself. In two years, no one has changed my air filter even once. The sidewalks and parking areas are not ADA accessible, and the pet waste bins are cleaned maybe once a year, despite being fully exposed to the elements.

They’ve partnered with a predatory towing company and falsely claimed residents would be notified before their...
vehicles are towed. That’s simply not true. Communication is terrible. They rarely answer the phones, and maintenance requests are often ignored. You’ll likely need to submit multiple tickets or wait months for even basic issues to be addressed.

Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Terrible.

Terrible apartment complex, the prices are not competitive. Management is useless…won’t help with anything. Adds random fees you have no choice to opt out of.If you get bad luck with your neighbors who don’t follow any established guidelines they won’t help or enforce anything. Good luck… definitely moving after this lease.
