rent only if you’re very patient

property manager is hard to reach, maintenance takes forever to come fix things (2 months to fix bathroom floor, 3 months to replace a broken ceiling fan, 1 month to fix a leaky sink), a lot of empty promises. property itself is ok, very minimal amenities provided.
