I love the staff, quality of apartments and the pool great area friendly neighbors as well maintenance great the events that are held are very welcoming

I’ve been here for 15 months and just renewed for another 15. Here’s why:

• Awesome Management: Janice and Harley are fantastic! They respond quickly to any issues, making life so much easier.

• Quick Repairs: If you need something fixed, Johnny handles it within 24 hours. This week, Johnny repaired my HVAC (replaced capacitor, serviced refrigerant) within 2 hours of my service request. In my experience, that’s the normal.

• Fun Community Events: They host monthly events like taco nights,... mimosa brunches, build your own charcuterie boards - which are a great way to meet neighbors and have fun. You cannot miss the Pool Party and the Christmas Party.

• Great Amenities: The courtyard pool is perfect for relaxing, and the grilling stations are always in good shape. You can “rent” the clubhouse for gatherings! (Read: Just don’t be a bad neighbor). Karen keeps the place immaculate.

• Prime Location: It’s just a short ride (or quicker scoot) to downtown. Walking distance to 21st street with great restaurants and shops. Harris Teeter within 5 minutes. Doumar’s milkshake is next door. Chick-fil-A across the street. Hangover fast food within (shameful) walking distance - but let’s be honest, door dash.

In short, it’s a great community with friendly people and a lot going on. You’d love it here!

I have been here 4 years and don’t plan on going anywhere! A great community who hosts many events. Janice and Harley are amazing in the rental office. They know you and your family by name and always greet you with a smile. I would recommend living here 10 out of 10!

I love it here! It feels like home. It seems that the every employee knows us by name. I don’t feel like I’m a number. I actually know some of my neighbors and have even hung out.

This is the best apartment experience I have had so far. Everything has gone smoothly from the time I set up my appointment to tour the complex to the time of move in. I have been living here for about 7 months now, and I love it. It is always clean. Maintenance requests are handled almost immediately. And the staff treat my dogs like family!
