Avalon Reston Landing

We love living at Avalon, it's right on a pond, so you feel more connected to nature but so close to the town center. We knew nothing about the area coming here but are happy we didn't choose one of the high rises down town, we feel this is more suited for us and our dog. Avalon's convenience is unmatched - walking distance from Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, Starbucks, and so much more. The staff is incredibly helpful if any maintenance is needed and our unit is nice and renovated. Definitely go... for a renovated unit. Gym is pretty solid too. Read More

My apartment wasn’t cleaned well when I moved in. In the whole year I have lived here, I didn’t have hot water. Cold showers in the winter isn’t nice. My electricity blew. I spent a week in a hotel while contractors worked on fixing it. My air conditioning unit got fried. They had to bring me a window unit. So while the apartment and community looks nice you may end up locked in a leasing in a home with issue after issue.

Apartments are old and falling apart (and they will charge you for standard upgrades when you move out), walls are paper thing, neighbors are loud and lack common courtesy in common areas. I could go on.

This is the best rental apartments in Reston Area. supper nice staff members. friendly and responsible maintenance. we all love the community and nice neigh boors. great management Mr Adam.

My husband and I have lived at this property for just over a year. During the 14 months we've been here we've had to request service to our apartment twelve times. If you value having an apartment that functions as it should and provides the basic necessities of life (i.e., hot water and electricity) then Avalon Reston Landing is not the rental property for you.
