Bad Experienced at the Fairway Apartment
The location is ideal, but the management is poor. They have bad customer service, and the office is often closed, and it is difficult to get in touch with the office manager. Utility bills are shared among tenants. Parking is very limited and poorly managed. Although there is a monthly parking fee, spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The apartment has cockroaches. The buildings are not well insulated. Tenants on the second and third floors frequently walk heavily,... resulting in loud and disruptive noise that is unreasonable for apartment living, and management does not seem to address these concerns. The third floor is the most desirable floor. At times, water service is disconnected or other maintenance work is done without giving tenants proper notice. Additionally, water pressure in the shower can be low, especially when other tenants are using theirs.
