Laurel Pines

The management staff is always changing, district Manager and OPs Manager are rude and have no respect. Moved into an apartment that was not ready to deal with the a roach infestation that’s in every building. They charge extra fees for things that is being paid for separately. Pest control you pay monthly for but you don’t see them monthly. This apartment complex is the worst I’ve ever seen. LP is a garbage dump. It has 2 small dumpsters for all the apts. The dumpster areas are always overflowing and trash blows all over the property. This attracts the bugs and rats that infest the property. I took out my trash once and a squirrel jumped out and hit me.
LP also has constant plumbing issues, the plumbers are out here every day. Then they just put a piece of wood over the hole the cut to cover the mess. There is mold everywhere.

Me and my boyfriend did a application for this place and they would never get back to us on the status of the application we always had to call them and when calling it took 30 calls in one day before someone would answer the phone but when i went into the office the lady was talking on her cell phone. It has been 3 weeks since we’ve done the application and payed them our money and we haven’t had any update on the status update of our application.

Laurel Pines is a cute friendly community across the street from the Shops at White Oaks. Many of the residents who call Laurel Pines home have been here for up to 20 years. The new owners and management have made many repairs in the last 9 months and the staff works hard to keep everything looking and feeling good. Apartments are spacious and the location is wonderful. These apartments are calm for the few months I have been here already I could tell that I can just go on my balcony and just take everything in. From the landlord to our neighbors they have been nothing but nice
