This was by far the worst apartment I ever encountered in my hole life, the roaches was my roommates and I’m not even playing I’m so serious. Maintaince is by far terrible and disrespectful they walk in when they want to without any notice at all. The bathroom is completely peeling and it’s to the point I don’t even feel comfortable taking a shower nor bath.
It’s a cat village outside and in the vents so if you’re allergic to cats this might not be the place for you. The oven is very unsafe. The... wall are like paper you can hear everyone’s conversations through the walls even your neighbors and the walls are easily stainable so be careful. THERES ROACHES just had to say that again but a good thing I would say is it’s a place to stay if u need a temporary home.

Horrible management, worst I have ever dealt with. Phones dont work when you call and I have had 2 maintenance requests "in progress" for months. Cheapest I could find out here but theres a reason for that and its totally not worth it.

I'm currently on a lease I cannot wait until my lease is over terrible and I mean absolutely terrible communication. They never answer the phone never respond to emails and if something does not work they take the time to fix it and overall experience has been terrible. Management is almost obsolete because you can never talk to management about anything even if you go up there they're either in a meeting or they're busy.

I lived here only due to the pandemic to get on my feet and because there were no availabilities anywhere else. The apartments have so many cracks where roaches get it! Roaches and silverfish bugs are a huuuugggeee infestation problem here. Also everything breaks easily. The towel rack in the bathroom broke on my 3rd week. The ceiling fan panels also broke off and the fan is wobbling out of the ceiling! Faulty electrical sockets, buy Surge protection extensions! That’s if your sockets even work... to begin with. It’s also not safe and your property isn’t either. Lots of crime, car theft and break ins. My lease is over in just 3 more months and I cannot wait. I am considering moving a few weeks early! My kids see police drama and bugs everyday. I don’t even want guests over even though my apartment is clean!
