So far I love the area and the community. I like that it’s walkable, feels safe, and lots of dogs! Not getting fast responses from maintenance about issues though..

If it weren't for the affordable rent and convenient location, I would not jump to live here. Our washing machine hasn't been fixed in over a year now, with not a single maintenance request actually followed up and fixed. Their response to me asking to fix our washer was "you're not paying for it in your rent, so technically we don't have to fix it, but I can give you the code to the building next door to use their washing machine and dryer." Lololol what?? Im also not TRYING to pay for... laundromat visits when this active waste of space that we tenants are actively paying for is out of order because of either lack of resources or just lack of care. Idk.

Great location at an affordable price. What you see is what you get but they do offer fun community events and maintenance is prompt and helpful!

Communication is poor. The maintenance department routinely cancels my maintenance request without notice or explanation. I’ll bring this to the attention management and nothing happens.
