Easy Application Process - Just Moved In

We had a fantastic experience with the leasing coordinator, Lavana, who guided us through the entire application process. The Collection has so much character and is located in a great area, which is why we chose it. We just finished moving in and are looking forward to living here.

Location and price is great! Amenities and communication with residents, not so much. I’ve had an issue for over a month now and whenever I bring it up- I get a new person on the other end of the line who doesn’t know what’s going on. Office staff should have better communication with the maintenance staff. I would love to renew my lease, but with constant problems and lack of urgency and/or resources to fix them have me second guessing.

A while ago, residents were told their old appliances would be replaced. Only my fridge was replaced, my dishwasher and stove have yet to be replaced. Additionally, we were all promised new windows being installed, that also has yet to happen.

At this time, I have not received any information confirming additional appliance replacements for your unit beyond the refrigerator that was previously installed. Regarding the windows, we understand there were discussions about replacements, and we are currently reviewing the status of those projects to determine where things stand.
