Nice but overpriced

I lived here for a long time but the rent increases were way too much. I am talking increases of almost $100 in one year upon renewal. The apartments are very modern and upscale with a townhome design. I liked having more privacy and not having anyone above or beneath me. The community was centrally located as well as relatively quite with nice and responsive staff. However, they are overpriced especially for an one bedroom. They are also now 13 to 14 years old. Overall I enjoyed living there... but the high rent increases pushed me out.
