It’s a decent community. There’s always nice events to get residents together to chat and get to know each other. The leasing office is very helpful for any kind of situation you’re in. The aesthetic of the building grows on you, and it will slowly feel like home.

The Scout is a lovely place to live. Between the great location and awesome amenities, it has been easy to settle in here. I even got my friend to sign a lease here!

So fun. So many events and all my friends live here! I’ve been looking forward to moving in here for a while and there are so many fun things offered I didn’t know about.

The new leasing staff are super friendly and wonderful to work with. Units are lacking on storage space (coat closet) linen closet. Parking is a hassle bc you’re not guaranteed a spot even tho you pay $50 a month to park. However, the units are decorated nicely with marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances - they could be updated a bit. Atleast the leasing staff is willing to work with you and hear your not blow you off.
