Battery Low I received a message that the battery in the door lock was low. It was my first time receiving the message, so I did not pay much attention to it.
While sitting at my desk working there was a know on the door. The voice on the other side of the door siaid, , this is maintenance coming to resolve your ticket.
Well, I had not submitted a ticket. When the young man told me what he was here for, explained how the process worked and immediately put in new batteries. Needless to say, I... was impressed.

Much appreciated. Now if something could be done with the stray cat; it seems as if several residents feed the cat. I don't care for cats and this will approach you seeking food or an invite into your space. I hope something can be done about this concern.

Bird in my apartment Antione came out not once but twice to search and find the bird and got it out . He made sure that I had a stress free night. I appreciate maintenance more than anything here at the Vinings. Those young men work so hard and they do an amazing job keeping me safe and comfortable in my home. Thanks again for always showing up on time. ??
