Wilde Lake Apartments

Me and my family love it here! I’ve even convinced some people to move in. You get a great bang for your buck and the community here is so warm and friendly. While it has its quirks , there’s no place I’d rather called home. The staff is friendly and maintenance is the best! Fernando and Kai make sure you get taken care of. There’s everything you could need within walking distance, and you might befriend a neighbor along the way :)

I wanted to mention Fernando our maintenance guy, who I might mention has been working solo for over a year now. No other crew, and he was one of the nicest people to me. I had an issue with my dryer and he explained what, why and how he planned to get it fixed. My dryer is dated but it does work, however, he did mention he would let the management company know that I may need a new dryer.

If giving negative stars were a thing I would do it! Hope you like fixing the apartment yourself. Have been there for 6 months and submitted several maintenance requests and none of them were fixed. I had to catch a mouse myself because they could not follow the simple instructions I gave them about where the mouse was. Our hall light has been broken since the day we moved in and its still not fixed. Find someplace else to live!

What can I say about Wilde Lake apartments. This place is by far overpriced and has many issues. If you take an apartment on the 3rd floor, please expect bugs, noise from the unit below and plumbing issues. Maintenance request fall by the behind and the parking isn't the best. When the lease was signed in 2020, this complex changed management the very same day. You can imagine the confusion. This place should go under new construction, pest control and a site review

Very spacious,nice scenery and good location and very nice inside of the apartment except minor things that need attention
