Lived here almost 5 years. It is safe and convenient to everything downtown. Being a single female i feel safe. It is the perfect place to call home

If you enjoy a weekly nasty email from management weekly, come to gramercy row where the management is horrible and everyone in the building wants to get out! This place is absolutely filthy. They decided to do a new trash service were it gets picked up from your door but all this created is more garbage and a disgusting smell throughout the whole building. This apartment significantly declined after the new management came and decided to ruin everything. It's hard to trust an apartment that... wont even trust its tenants to have the coffee machine that they promised us. Im moving out but good luck to anyone who wants to try to live here.
