Arbor Grove

I highly recommend lookin into arbor grove for your new home! Not only is the area super clean and very calm, the staff here is great: the staff is super welcoming, nice, kind and they’re very good at communication with their residents. The pool is great. They have two parks and very clean parks. There is always parking available and the insides of the building entry is always clean. The trash compactor is very good on time with their schedule. Leaking sink Maintenance came and fixed the problem in a timely manner. The gentleman who came was very nice and cleaned up after himself.

Smooth It took one day all together and idk where that stands in the world of maintenance but compared to other experiences personally I’ll have to say it was pretty smooth and fast replacing our residence with an operating dryer.

Worst Service By Far!!!!! 2 days with no heat in below freezing temperatures unqualified technicians, no sense of urgency or care for the residents . They didn’t even have a key to my unit in which they replaced following a new management te taking over. I commend Arista for her efforts but communication among the entire staff needs major improvement
