Linden Park Apartments

I am a former resident that lived here for two years. I feel it necessary to give an honest review for potential renters.

Pros: Mrs. Debbie and Carolina were awesome staff. Kind and very helpful.

Cons: The property has a roach problem. The other residents smoke in their apartments ( cigarettes and marijuana). There are/were multiple shootings on the property. There were several times I went without AC in the summer and heat in the winter ( I was not provided with a heater or AC unit while... the problem was fixed). Mold under the kitchen sink, in the bathroom around pipes and on the walls near the AC vents. I have witnessed multiple drug sales in broad day light.

The very low rent with almost all utilities included comes with a price.. No matter how clean you keep your unit or how many times they come and spray for bugs, roaches will always be a problem. Couldn’t cook dinner without roaches emerging from every wall and couldn’t keep any food in the cabinets due to roaches getting inside. Property Manager is nosey, she definitely plays favoritism with tenants here. Maintenance NEVER comes when the request is put in have to call at least 5+ times before they actually do something, say they're are busy but can clearly see them lounging around, drinking beer, and flirting with tenants. If you want to come to a place where it basically a police parking lot, drunk and drugged out people harassing your space this the place for you. It was to the point where we were seeking legal action to help break our lease because the problem was so extensive.

Great customer service/office staff. Timely response for maintenance issues/concerns. Neighbors are friendly/ helpful/nice.
