Haven Apartments

I am currently going through a divorce and dreaded going through the apartment search process. This was my first tour and I could not be more pleased. I submitted a request to tour in the evening and received an email from Kristin early the next morning. Her and Grace were amazing to speak with and you can tell it’s a great environment to work in. The apartments themselves are great. The assistant manager is the best. I’ve had an issue with my neighbors smoking in their apartment. In the lease, it doesn’t state that you can’t smoke cigarettes, HOWEVER, it states that disturbing the HEALTH AND SAFETY of others is prohibited. My youngest child had heart surgery, and I expressed this to the manager saying I’m worried about my daughters health. She told me that they can’t tell them what to do and I can get a wax warmer and air purifier to... help. Tonight, the smoke has been really unbearable but we feel like we’re at a crossroads. We are getting straight second hand smoke in our apartment and feel like our hands are tied. Great safe place, but it doesn’t really seem like they care about our health and safety here. Read More

My first Apartment after moving out of the barracks, nice amenities, apartment itself was great, but pretty pricey, also had a lot of slugs get into my apartment when I got back from deployment, bumped my rent out of nowhere after a while and never got an answer back why, Haven is not bad, not really good, but not bad.

I absolutely love living at Haven. I've lived here since May of 2018 and have had few complaints since, but when I have the management and maintenance teams at Haven have taken them seriously and responded with appropriate action. They even have a pest control service on call for residents (I've used them a couple times, bugs are inevitable anywhere). Any time I've placed a maintenance request the staff has responded within 24 hours, which I appreciate. I love having access to a salt water pool... with ample grills and a fire pit nearby. Also, the 24 hour gym is great and just the right size for our community. Haven is reasonably quiet and is kid friendly and the area nearby feels safe, we're within walking distance of a hospital, a fire station, a school, a public park, and a library, and even a really great farmers market. There isn't one, but five grocery stores nearby that I can think of and three pharmacies... Everything I need is right here. Haven's been easy to love!
The only thing I haven't loved so far is not having the option to recycle.

Haven Apartments is a great place to live. I simply love my apartment. It is very spacious, has great appliances, and the location is perfect. The staff is always friendly and helpful no matter what your needs. The Haven is really my home. Thank you staff and maintenance for all you do to make living at the Haven special.
