How Is This Rating Determined?

Great place to live!

This is a clean, quiet & excellently maintained apartment community. Chic's Beach on the Chesapeake Bay located nearby as is shopping and dining. Im a long term resident as well as recently retired and lake Bradford meets all my expectations. Maintenance requests have always been handled quickly & thoroughly.

$70 rent increase from one lease to the next.

Headline says it all. Nice place, nice people, but be prepared for an exorbitant rent increase from year to year.
