Everyone in the office has been super sweet and helpful, and maintenance is so fast to respond to work orders. Everyone has been so friendly and doesn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions

There are issues with maintenance and pest control. The laundry facility for units that don't have in unit laundry is filthy, dumpsters are often overflowing and for 6 months I have been living with a rat infestation they have not fixed. The city was here weeks ago and told them to fix the issue and they have not. They say they will send people to come and then do not show up or they do not do anything.

The staff has been polite, but my overall experience here has been disappointing. When we moved in, the toilet was broken and the sink had very poor water pressure, which eventually stopped working. The upstairs bathroom vent brings in strong marijuana smells from neighboring units, which makes it unusable. The flooring feels cheaply done, parking is difficult, and the area can feel unsafe at times. Despite the lease stating this is a drug-free community, it doesn’t seem to be enforced. For... military families or those seeking a quiet and well-maintained home, I would not recommend this place. I hope improvements are made for future residents.

Poor management lack of communication they overcharge and under deliver parking is terrible at night even on the weekends maintenance orders. Forget about it rapid response from the office forget about it you will regret living here.

I’ve lived here for two years and this property has changed management 3 times now?!?! It used to be nice here but within this past year my stove had gone out. My heat has gone out. They once made a mistake putting in my check for less than what it was written out for then tried to accuse me of not paying my rent. All of the workers in the office are rude and don’t even know what they are doing.
