My wife and I moved to Saltmeadow Bay 4 1/2 years ago. We love the location. We walk on the boardwalk almost daily. We also enjoy the nice pool. The office staff is great and they aim to please. Also, the maintenance staff is prompt and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We have met some extremely nice people here and they have become friends. We highly recommend Saltmeadow Bay.

Only 1 of 4 grills work, noisy neighbors and nothing ever gets done about it regardless of the multiple complaints, so much for a secure building… the door is never locked. Pay for a secure community but there is literally no gate at all and hasn’t been since I moved in. There is also no lighting at night and my car was broken into shortly after I moved in. Front office staff is very rude.

One of the larger apts I’ve seen in the area. Apt has high (9ft) ceilings and are clean and well maintained. The “gym” is useless and doesn’t even have free weights, but otherwise, the grounds are clean. Aside from the jet noise, the complex is very quiet. Neighbors are polite and friendly and staff are responsive. There is a private entrance to a nice park and the beach, restaurants and supermarket are all within easy walking distance. Parking is also generous and I’ve never had an issue... finding parking for myself or guests.

My view of the SMB community hasn't changed since previous comments. It is a very nice , safe place to live. Well maintained, spacious apartments and easy access to the oceanfront , shops and restaurants.
