We have lived here for nearly eight years and it did not take long for us to realize that it was a great fit.The staff has always been professional and accommodating. Carly and her staff are quick to respond to all of our needs. They also have the best and friendliest maintenance/housekeeping staff. Rarely do we have to wait a day to have a repair completed. We actually enjoy listening to some of the free concerts while sitting on the balcony. We also love the time it takes to walk to the... boardwalk and beach. They are fast to respond to questions and don't mind answering. I recently toured with Jeri and it felt like a community the minute I walked in the door. Jeri is very friendly and honest. Along the tour we ran into multiple residents, their interactions were like long time friends. Facilities are very clean, modern and well kept. Highly recommend!

Brandon, maintenance supervisor, and Richard, maintenance technician responded quickly to a water leak problem I had and promptly fixed the problem. They both are always very courteous, professional and willing to help with any maintenance problems and concerns in a timely manner.
I truly appreciate their excellent service. They are VALUABLE members of the Summer House staff! I also appreciated the follow up phone call from Lyn, assistant community manager, to make sure the maintenance issue was... resolved. Lyn, also is always friendly, courteous, and professional.
