Maintenance I really appreciate the work these guys do they come right away and handle the problem

Nothing is ever fixed I have been nice up until now. The air conditioner went out. They responded immediately with a portable unit, said they were coming back the next day with a new unit that was at offsite location…..never came back. I have 5 leaks in the ceiling. Every time I say anything nothing gets done. They scraped the flooring when moving the fridge out for a leak……not fixed and I’m sure they are going to try and charge me for that. Amazing Last week, our family moved into Waterfront Apartments, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. As a military family, PCS moves can be overwhelming and incredibly stressful. Between finding a home, coordinating the move, and adjusting to a new place, it can feel like a lot.
From the very beginning, Jonathan made the entire process so much easier. Jonathan went above and beyond to help us find the perfect apartment and was there for us every step of the way. He answered every... question, kept us updated, and truly cared about making sure our family found the right place to call home.

Extremely grateful for maintenance and the office team! Thank you so much for helping fix our maintenance issues!! We thought our new washing machine was completely broken, but Cameron was able to fix it and get it running perfectly again! We are extremely grateful for his hard work and kindness!! Maintenance issue and wifi I had a water leak everything was fine with the maintenance but there’s still a hole where they cut into the wall and no one has came by to repatch the dry wall it’s been a week or two. Since, they declared the floor dry and able to repatch. There is also no available wifi I have to get work done sometimes at home and would love for cox to be able to service my apartment and don’t have to deal with wifi based on signal when we live in a “basement” apartment and can... barely get any signal in or out.
