Maintenance takes forever to fix things and the office never responds back to you about anything. It takes you calling and calling before you hear anything back.

If you like melting in your apartment in the summer it’s the best place to live. Hope nothing breaks or stops working you will be waiting 2-5 business months before you get help or communication on when it’s getting fixed and they’ll send someone just to tell you it’s broken before they wait another period of time to start actually fixing the problem. Why does someone need to come tell me the thing i called and said is broken is broke like yeah that why i called maintenance because it’s broke... and the first day nothing gets done other than agreeing with you it’s broke and telling you they’ll be back to fix it and takes about 4/5 times now still counting how many times they come until our a/c is finally fixed.

Can’t wait until my lease is up. I would never tell anyone to move out here. The people in the leasing office never answer the phone and maintenance don’t like doing there job.

We are new residents, and so far we are pleased with our apartment and the staff. We were disappointed to find out the change in the pool accessibility after we moved in, but we understand.
