Hope you don't mind living without a/c in 80 degree weather, have no electrical or water issues, or any issues regarding the safety and suitability of using a deck (if applicable) or otherwise have any issue in which management needs to address because they will not call you back after leaving a voicemail, they will not respond to your emails, and your emergency work orders are labeled as normal priority. Woodshire was quick and easy and the staff made it so welcoming. I would recommend to everyone. I was nervous with moving back home but it seems like it will be a great fit.

I lived at Woodshire apartments and it was a terrible experience. Roaches roaming at night in the house and outside of it. Very embarrassed to have guests. Junk food and trash outside of the apartment building. Loud residence who smoke weed and cigarettes in their home which caused my asthma to flare up. Front desk staff did not care about my issues, paid for extra sprays and never got it. Monica leaves early. The manager is never there. I love living here i just have problem with big dogs upstairs and the people don't have respect for their downstairs neighbor.The pool is a very good place to meet people and the office staff is really wonderful and I enjoy living here and the maintenance are amazing keep up the good work

I have lived here over 15 years and never had any major problems until now. In the coldest months I went almost a month without heat and now going on almost 5 months without air conditioning. Hopefully things will get better but for now it’s miserable and I am always hot.
