I’m extremely frustrated with the ongoing car break-ins in this neighborhood and the complete lack of action from the apartment complex to address them.

Over time, the number of break-ins has increased, yet the rental office has offered no clear plan or communication on how they intend to improve safety. There has been no visible effort to increase police presence, no installation of security cameras on buildings, and no attempt to hire an independent security company.

Because of this inaction... , I felt forced to take matters into my own hands and install my own surveillance camera to monitor the perimeter of my apartment—something that should not be necessary at a complex that charges premium rent.

Safety should be a priority, and residents deserve transparency and proactive solutions, not silence. Until management acknowledges the issue and implements real security measures, I cannot recommend this complex to anyone concerned about their safety or property. Read More

Don't bother leasing office ghosted me when I showed up to tour. They confirmed my tour I showed up and leasing office was locked.

I just recently moved into my first apartment ever about a month ago & the day I toured, I applied to live here. The process was extremely smooth & the front desk was extremely helpful. After applying, I moved in two days later & the front desk worked with me on the lease & move in date according to my work schedule. It’s a really lowkey neighborhood and the staff really are the best. Really nice space for the cost.

From calling to schedule my self guided tour to completing my application has been a pleasant process. Even when I became frustrated, Kiarra would answer the phone first ring (smile) to assist since the office is closed due to COVID. She was eager to work with me knowing that I was disputing Rentgrow. I got the apartment within 5 minutes and look forward to joining the community.

The Customer Service Team here at Dominion Middle Ridge are very Professional, Friendly. They made me feel very comfortable right away. I brought in my two lovely Daughters who also felt very welcome. They answered all of our questions and made the moving process go very smooth for me. They accommodated my handicap needs. Very great experience with meeting the Manager who took me to show the apartment and friendly staff.
