Cons-
Poor quality new construction. Wiring issues for lighting. Poor cleaning within the hallways. A neighbor of mine uses febreze to try to help with the musty smell of unvacuumed floors. Same neighbor tried to use plug in scents in the halls but these were removed. Expensive for small spaces, but so are literally any of the other apartments or homes for rent that are available in the state. There is no access to the gazebo, after many calls the reason stated is that they’ve been doing... “construction”. This has been for over a year but I’ve yet to see any construction workers. They’ve raised our rent for “utilities”. I was given less than 48 hours notice on one occasion for having maintenance check on my call box, which is against the agreement, and I had to miss work for. The non refundable $500 pet deposit feels like a joke. The management during the tour also explained that we have a discount on the Anytime Fitness gym membership located beneath the complex but Anytime Fitness said that this isn’t true when I went to sign up. The ice cream shop located below frequently has customers that limits our already limited parking.
Pros-
Beautiful and modern style kitchen with nice sink and movable island. Sizable bathroom. Very accessible and large dumpsters for garbage. Located in downtown for all of the festivities, especially in the holidays. Updated decor regularly making the entry way very pleasant. There is a bike room for bicyclists.
